I take it that you have called Waverley Cemetery to ask if they have his burial plot listed? Have you seen the notice of his will in the SMH dated 25 Feb 1935?
There are a number of trees on Ancestry mentioning him, at least 19... I saw that by simply Googling. Maybe someone on there can help. You can also look through irishgenealogy.ie .. if you're lucky, you may find that there is a birth certificate available free through them. New records are being added all the time.
There is also a very helpful IGP Tipperary group on Facebook. His name is John Aloysius CREAN . He was born in Clonmel Tipperary , but I cannot confirm his birth date . On the Death Certificate he's listed as being 87 years old , but then this is crossed out and had 76 years old placed there . Nor can I 100 % be assured that he is buried at Waverly - only going by what's on Certificate . He was a retired Police officer in both NSW & Western Australia .Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11026027765164287834noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8218141897602501924.post-36184563818974720032020-10-02T11:02:04.319+10:002020-10-02T11:02:04.319+10:00Thank you, always happy to have more Irish related...Thank you, always happy to have more Irish related graves to include.Crissoulihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10148084999701286044noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8218141897602501924.post-35115618344774436672020-07-12T09:15:25.778+10:002020-07-12T09:15:25.778+10:00this is really helpfullthis is really helpfullDaniel Patrick Ryanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09778730233283676285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8218141897602501924.post-75426298582583215182019-11-28T07:48:32.862+10:002019-11-28T07:48:32.862+10:00Thank you for your comment. Younger Mary Flaherty. migrated here to Queensland when she was 16. Mary married Christopher Festus or Festus Christophers Conolly a convict from Co Galway. We believe she must have known him in Galway and followed him here. We believe they all knew each other well here in Queensland and in particular at Jimbour on the Darling Downs. Young Mary and Christopher had 5 children. Two infant sons passed away. The 3 other children were a son then 2 girls. One was my grandmother whom also named Mary aged 2 and her baby sister Bridget 6:weeks when their mother died. Christopher left the girls with a lady to raise and apparently vanished with Young Christopher..

A friend found him for me in the records of the Dunich Benevolent Home and in an unmarked grave in the Dunich Cemetery. All markers are gone and the Redland Bay CithmCouncil don’t have any records of the cemetery that would have a map . I have been there twice and have seen the Rememberence Wall. I have been told that it is too late to have a plaque put there for him. If your don’t know it’s happening you can’t apply.
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06295946330519022738noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8218141897602501924.post-2254409227116139612019-03-13T18:33:37.824+10:002019-03-13T18:33:37.824+10:00All Dunwich records from a certain date are closed...All Dunwich records from a certain date are closed for 100 years but I have managed to obtain them - I have Mary Weismar she entered the asylum in August of 1925 died of Senility on 29 Mar 1927.
